Honestly, I cant imagine how they work with pro se DIY parties. The requirements and the strictness with which they are enforced vary widely, and the parties are usually required to work together to identify the case-in-chief exhibits, the issues, and the witnesses, as well as other issues like settlement possibility and days of trial. Get a lawyer if its not too late.
